Introducing Our Value Booster Pilot Program

We value the trust and feedback of our community, and we’re always looking for ways to improve your experience with our products. In response to concerns about the rewards on Remote Miners purchased last year, we’re rolling out an initial pilot program to address this issue.

What’s Happening?

To test solutions for boosting the value of these miners, we’ve launched a small test group of eligible users. This first phase includes miners purchased during a limited timeframe: 1st July 2024 to 10th July 2024. Users in this group will be offered a one-time claimable reward designed to enhance remote miner value.

The Reward Participants will receive 10 Lite-miners per qualifying Remote Miner, providing an initial symbolic boost to value at no additional cost. While this is an incremental improvement, it is an important first step in our efforts to provide better value to our users.

Why a Test Group?

This pilot program allows us to evaluate feedback and measure the impact on network performance. If the response is positive and the network load remains within acceptable limits, we’ll look to expand this initiative to include a broader group of users. We will estimate if this approach is feasible, or time windows or rewards have to be adjusted. The next rounds might look completely different or only change slightly, but are aimed at bringing quality to the users.

When will it start?

We are aiming already May 3rd for the first test pilot release, which is rapidly approaching; however, please note that final checks may introduce a slight delay.
