On September 25, 2025, Arkreen’s Co-Founder Leo Lin, delivered a keynote at the Hong Kong-ASEAN Economic Cooperation Foundation (HKAECF) Annual General Meeting and 17th Expert Forum, where leaders discussed sustainable growth in ASEAN. His speech, “Web 3.0 + ESG Development Prospects and On-Chain Impact of Green Energy Data Solutions: Accelerating Asia's Green Transformation,” outlined Arkreen’s vision for advancing sustainability via Web3.0.

Leo emphasized Arkreen’s DePIN Energy, which integrates renewable energy assets to enable transparent data tracking and trading, driving on-chain climate action and ESG impact. He highlighted Hong Kong’s role in this transformation: “Hong Kong is a global hub for green fintech, uniquely positioned to lead sustainability in ASEAN and beyond,” Leo stated. “Arkreen collaborates with Hong Kong’s ecosystem to scale our on-chain climate action solutions, driving Asia’s green transformation and strengthening Hong Kong’s influence in the digital green economy.”

The keynote sparked discussions on decentralized technologies for ESG investments. Guided by Dr. George Lam, HKAECF President, former Hong Kong Cyberport Chairman, and Arkreen’s Strategic Advisor, Arkreen is advancing its on-chain climate action platform, setting global ESG standards, and fostering developer ecosystems through open DePIN APIs.
